Awesome, exactly what I have been looking for.
I would check it out and maybe we can work on this.

BTW: the maturity of POI for Spreadsheets is impressive. I remember
there was a time when I pulled SNAPSHOTS oftenly just to benefit from
fixes or features. Now, even such a massive release is just "nice to
have" and welcome. Please read it as a compliment!
