The SHAs match for me. Furthermore, Apache Software Foundation has tools to check for incorrectly artifacts. It is possible that those automated runs are not running any more but we have had issues picked up by them in the past.

Maybe you could downloading the files again, just in case. They might have been corrupted in the download.
