REDemo bug with clipboard

Hi,

I use CVS version of jakarta regexp from february 
and I face some issues with REDemo. Whenever I press
Ctrl-C or Ctrl-V in regexp textfield, it inserts
unknown character (represented by [] character).
So I have no chance to exchange this text over
clipboard, which is very tedious.

I use Mandrake Linux 9.2 and this is the only java
application with such behaviour. All other java
applications work correctly with clipboard.

Can you please fix it? Thanks
