Hello regexp-User

I am looking for a not-Operator to solve following problem:

<input type=3D"hidden" name=3D"foo">
<input type=3D"text" name=3D"foo">
<input type=3D"password" name=3D"foo">

I like to match all lines with "<input type=3D\"\w*\" name=3D\"(\w*)\""
but not with type=3D"hidden". Could anybody give me a hint.
