Re: Permission denied on central

Just finaly had an answer:

The ibiblio maven repository is managed by the maven project
administrators.  Any file permission oddities will need to be fixed
upstream, then propagated to the mirror sites.  If this problem is
still happening, try checking with the maven community or the specific
plugin project owners.
