[NEXUS] Anyone else seeing "Nexus returned an error: ERROR -1: transaction aborted" ?

I keep seeing popups with the message "Nexus returned an error: ERROR
-1: transaction aborted" when navigating around Nexus.

Anyone else seeing the same issue?

Should I report this somewhere?
