ace release

Hi,

I'm trying to get an initial release going for the ace incubation
project. However, I seem to be unable to deploy snapshots (getting a
403) as well as release:perform uploading (getting a 400).  I'm using
the .settings i use for doing felix releases as well (so at least
username/passwd is know to be good, etc.). Is there something that
needs to be created/set-up first in order for a project to stage
releases for the first time?

Any help and/or pointers to where to ask/look would be greatly appreciated :-)
