rsync not happening for m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository/commons-pool/commons-pool/1.5.7/

Its been 24 hours and I am still not seeing the artifacts on repo1. 
Was this replication inadvertently disabled?  I know the
org/apache/commons tree has been moved to nexus, but this directory
should still be set up to sync.
