Tomcat doesn't stop

I have a problem with Slide, when I call shutdown.sh Tomcat doen't stop.
I'have done a thread dump to identify threads running and it seems 
JNDIPrincipalStore is the main cause :

Is it a known bug and is there some workaround ?
