Fall through behaviour on GET

What do people thing about Slide allowing for files in the WAR file  
to be sent to the browser in the event of them not being in the DAV  
store.

e.g.

   Browser looks for /foo.html
   If Slide notes it is in the DAV store implementation, it forwards  
it from there..
   If not, then in check the WAR file <war-root>/foo.html and  
forwards if present
   If not, 404 response.
