Quota Listener to manage quota in Slide (package
org.apache.slide.webdav.event.quota)

Hi, 
The quota code is now in a new package named 
org.apache.slide.webdav.event.quota and the constant NAMESPACE_ESUP is picked
up from the Domain.xml.

In order to use the QuotaListener, you must define the listener in the
Domain.xml.
So, add these different lines :

<events>
...
<event classname="org.apache.slide.webdav.event.DetailedWebdavEvent"
enable="true"/>
<event classname="org.apache.slide.webdav.event.WebdavEvent" enable="true" />
...
<listener classname="org.apache.slide.webdav.event.quota.QuotaListener">
	    <configuration>
	      <path>/files</path>
	      <quotaNamespace>QUOTA:</quotaNamespace>
	      <appleQuotaMetadata>true</appleQuotaMetadata>
	    </configuration>
</listener>
...
</events>


Description of the three parameters of the QuotaListener configuration.

path : this parameter notice where the quota will be apply.

quotaNamespace :  this parameter enable to choose the namespace which will be
used for the non-DAV metadata.

appleQuotaMetadata : this parameter allow to use or not the apple quota
metadatas.
