testing database

Hi all,
I set up Slide using mySQLStore as instructed here http://jakarta.apache.org/slide/howto-j2eestore.html
I have created the tables by running the schema (I use MySql).
Do any of you have the script to insert the testing database? Or can you show me how to set up so that Slide works like it is when we use the default store i.e. file system.
