thanks for your response, I used ACL to access, I enabled the access, 
and each user enter with the username and password, this is OK.
my problem actual is if an user enter, he can read in store of the 
another user. I will explain : I have two user (root) and (userman) if 
root connect he can upload a files, and if a (userman) connect he can 
read the files of (root). I ask you how I can do?
