RE: Problems with Slide Client and SAP Portal WebDAV

Good question on why Slide?  It seemed like a good idea at the time.
Actually, I have plenty of other code & related to learn/worry about
such that figuring out the WebDAV protocol seemed unnecessary or least
low on the priority list.

Maybe, I'm making WebDAV (for my browse/read purposes) too
complicated???

Anyway, I'm now off to giving build from SVN source a try.  I'm new to
this Eclipse/SVN/Jakarta stuff, so bear with me ignorance.  I can
connect and browse the SVN repository for slide, but I have no clue what
to check-out.  I see branches, tags, trunk and quite a bit of stuff
underneath it.

Well, is there any reason why you need the Slide client at all? Just
parsing the PROPFIND XML response "by hand" should be simple enough...
