NewBie : How to rename slide

Dear All,
I want to change the name of slide, so that i can refer it by any other
name, how can i do so. For example:-

http://localhost:8080/slide 
 (instead of this i need to do something different like:-
http://localhost:8080/venshell)

Every where slide folder should display 'venshell' instead of 'slide'.
Is this possible?
