Windows: org.apache.slide.versioncontrol=false

I'm trying to run slide on a Windows box.  Everything runs fine.
However now I wish to switch off the versioning so that I don't get all
the files ending in _1.0

I have followed the instructions in:

But that doesn't work. I have also tried the things suggested in:

And also no luck (Much like the original poster).  I don't want to
change the actual code as I'd like users to be able to install their own
server if they wish.

The reason behind not wanting a version number is because I would like
users to be able to choose between Slide and IIS (Which doesn't put a
version number on).
