Struts v7.0.0-M10 missing from Maven Central

It appears that 7.0.0-M10 is no longer available in Maven Central.  
Should I be pointing to a different version? The latest versions I see 
in the repository are: 6.7.0 and 7.0.0-M9

   <artifactId>struts2-core</artifactId>
   <version>7.0.0-M10</version>
