[ANN] Struts Annotations 2.0

The Apache Struts group is pleased to announce that Apache Struts
Annotations version 2.0 is available as a =E2=80=9CGeneral Availability=E2=
=80=9D
release. The GA designation is our highest quality grade.

The Apache Struts Annotations are used by the Apache Struts project to
generate taglib info and generate tags' documentation based on custom
annotations.

This release adds support for JDK 17 and requires Java 17 as a minimal
Java version.
