+To refactor the RDC Taglib codebase to use Maven 2 as (one of) the build
+system(s).

+This is an experimental branch to explore setting up a new Maven 2 build for
+the RDC Taglib. Since this may involve a lot of moving of the SVN artifacts,
+a branch has been set up.
