JNDI done :)

RDC has a bunch of deps, so will be a little involved. Datetime
depends on the deprecated request taglib for its tests, so we'll need
to port to JSTL for the tests I imagine. i18n has a fun bit locale
wise, that could be fun to set tests up for. Iterator is pretty easy I
imagine.
