Re: New site deploying

New site deployed. A couple of broken links (bugs, ci, mail lists)
which I've pushed a fix out to and will check in the morning to see if
that worked.

New site:  http://people.apache.org/~bayard/NewTaglibsSite.png

The 'Building' page is complete crap now and needs rewriting or just
deleting. The old addtaglib page needs to be looked at to see if
anything is needed, and then the old site directory in svn can be
deleted.
