Heads up on move to Tomcat - deprecations/retiring

As part of the move over to Tomcat, a few things will go the way of the dodo.

String, JNDI, Log and Regexp taglibs will be deprecated. All
deprecated libraries will be retired pretty quickly there after. The
Extended taglib in Tomcat land is expected to replace the desired
features from these 4 taglibs so please speak up if there are features
you want to see alive.

This dev list will also be closing down once the various automated
emails are no longer hooked up. That's the Continuum and Gump builds
now that Bugzilla points to dev@tomcat.
