The actual URL will look something like: http://apache.mirrors.pair.com/jakarta/taglibs/standard-1.0/binaries/jak arta-taglibs-standard-1.0.6.zip Take that URL and replace "binaries" with "source". So, something like this: http://apache.mirrors.pair.com/jakarta/taglibs/standard-1.0/source/ You should see a directory listing of files to choose from.
