AW: AW: Usin JSTL from jakarta with tomcat and the new web.xml descriptors

It is no longer necessary to copy the tlds to WEB-INF/<something>. They are
contained in standard.jar (in the META-INF dir) and will be found, if you
use the http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/<core|...|...> uris in your jsps.
