XTAGS Problems with node names that begin with a leading underscore

<!-- DIV {margin:0px;}-->Hi,
i have a problem with node names that begin with a leading
underscore.

Given the following XML :
<Test>
    <_page>
        hello
    </_page>
</Test>

when i use  follows  tags into jsp page

<xtags:variable id="pag" select="//_page"  />

<%=pag%>

or 

<xtags:valueOf select="//_page" />
the result page don't show the relative value.

Can you help me?
