Latest Stable Version of Taglibs

According to your website, the latest stable version of Taglibs is 1.1.2. However, 1.1.2 appears to have been released back in October 2004. Is Taglibs 1.1.2 still actively supported for things like security issues? Taglibs 1.2 has been in the works for awhile. Is there still a plan for its release? If so, do you have a tentative date?
