Just a quick update.

All the changes are in, I've updated my test environment to the latest 
versions and I'm now running the full test suite across Windows, Linux 
and MacOS before tagging.

That has highlighted a few issues. I've fixed most of them already but 
there is a persistent failure on MacOS (HTTP 5_2) that I'm going to need 
longer to look at.

I'm currently expecting to tag tomorrow once the HTTP/2 test is fixed. 
I'm just not sure at this point how long that will take.
