Ticketing systems and release/security announcements

With the increase in volume of security announcements, the volume of 
automatic replies from ticketing systems that are subscribed to our 
announce list is getting ridiculous. I've just had to clear out 50+ 
emails. And I'll get a few hundred more of these over the next few days 
as the issues change state.

As I result, each auto-reply I received this evening received the 
following response:

Please stop your ticketing software auto-replying to the sender of these 
messages. If the auto-replies continue, this address (or all addresses 
from your domain if necessary) will be permanently blocked from 
subscribing to all Apache Tomcat mailing lists.

I plan to give them until after the current batch of security 
announcements to get this fixed. If I continue to receive auto replies 
from the September release announcements, I am going to start 
unsubscribing folks. I probably won't go as far as adding them to the 
deny list unless the re-subscribe and re-start the auto-replies.
