Intermittent errors with Tomcat 10.1.47

I have a team running Tomcat 10.1.47 and with Java 17. They are getting the following error message intermittently,, which crashes their application. org.apache.catalina.tribes.tipis.AbstractReplicatedMap.replicate Unable to diff object. Is there any known issues with Tomcat 10.1.47 and this? I have more stack-trace info if needed, but starting out at high level. Thank you. The team is on a priority call about the issue currently.
