Reading the code, this seems more like a warning than an error, at least 
on the source end. The message above has been truncated. The full error 
message is:

Unable to diff object. Will replicate the entire object instead.

So this means that Tomcat will send more information across the network 
than should be necessary.

The stack trace of the above message won't be really that interesting 
since it's likely to be all Tomcat internal code. It won't even tell you 
which object it's unable to diff.

What would be interesting to see is what happens when the application 
crashes. The above message shouldn't be a crash at all. I suspect you 
are seeing this on the source-node and then a target/receiver note 
crashes. *That* would be more interesting.
