The Apache Tomcat team announces the immediate availability of Apache
Tomcat Migration Tool for Jakarta EE 1.0.10

Apache Tomcat Migration Tool for Jakarta EE is an open source software
tool for migrating binary web applications (WAR files) and other binary
artifacts from Java EE 8 to Jakarta EE 9.

The notable changes since 1.0.9 include:

- When migrating files in place, don't replace the original file
   if no conversion has taken place. Based on PR[#78] by Semiao
   Marco.

- Correctly handle OSGi headers. PR[#54] by Kyle Smith.

- Add an option to cache migrated JARs. PR[#87] by Aaron Cosand.
