If you need a date, assume 9.1.x will be available on 31 March 2027. If 
you have headed the advice and moved away from the APR/Native connector 
and Tomcat Native 1.3.x by then, you can treat the 9.0.x to 9.1.x update 
exactly the same way as a 9.0.x to 9.0.x+1 upgrade.
