new jenkins job?

Hi all,

I think, it might be a good idea to create a Turbine Jenkins Test suite. 
What do you think?

I might think of the following jobs:

1. Build Turbine Parent 
1. Build Fulcrum components 
3. Turbine Core
4. optional Turbine Webapp

including dependency checks (although I could not yet see, how security 
alerts will be announced ..) and probably with notification to Turbine-dev 
mailing list ... ?

Do we need to open an INFRA JIRA-issue? Is it a "self service"? Searching 
the term "Turbine" in https://ci-builds.apache.org/ nothing shows up ..
