[RESULT][VOTE][LAZY] RC Turbine Parent 8 based on staged repository

Hi Turbine Devs,

I'll finish the voting process, as we met the voting limit after less 
than/about a week - and it's a a lazy vote. 

The votes casted were:

Georg Kallidis       +1
Thomas Vandahl   +1
Jeffery Painter     +1

As a result, there are three binding votes in favorite of doing the 
release, and we hit the required quorum.

I conclude with the next steps and release the candidate.

prepared.

- Plugin Updates are Surefire-Plugin to 3.0.0-M5, PMD plugin to 3.13.0, 
Javadoc to 3.2.0, Java compiler to 3.8.1, wagon-ssh to 3.4.3, jacoco 
plugin version 0.8.6,
Dependency check 6.1.2, log4j2 2.14.1
- Fix profiles Java 8, 12
- Activate Owasp dependency check by default
