[INFRA] Updating repos svn to git in progress

Hi Turbine Devs,


migration is in due progress (;-) and hopefully end of the week all repos 
listed in the table in the below ticket are done.

If possible, wait with committing now to svn (should be disabled?) or git 
(needs update in pom.xml) until then. 

Please feel free to check, what's going on and if steps 1 to 3 are done, 
help in step 4 will be appreciated quite a lot from Turbine PMC ;-)
