[VOTE] Release fulcrum-yaafi 2.0.0 based on staged repository

Hi Turbine devs,

a new Turbine Fulcrum Yaafi release candidate has been prepared.

N.B. If you do a checkout a tag, you are in detached head mode, as you 

have no branch to work on.

Changes:

o Update dependencies, e.g. minor version changes: commons-lang3 to 3.12.0 
from 3.11, jamon from 2.81 to 2.82, javasimon-core to 4.2.0, commons-io to 
2.8.0
o Add Log4J2Logger (as replacement for Fulcrum Testcontainer class)
o Bugfixes and cleanup

This version requires by default Java 11.
