Hi all, I just tested the new version 3.3.0 of the maven-jlink-plugin. And I can happily annouce that it now works perfectly with JavaFX. Due to the automatic module detection, no errors are thrown anymore and it just works. Also very nice: It is easy to provide JavaFX JMods and that also just works. This makes the JLink functionality in the javafx-maven-plugin obsolete (They already thought about deprecating it in favor of the official maven plugin). Thanks for the work! Question: Is there a need for more contributors for the maven-jlink plugin? If so, I'd be happy to help (Mostly if there are new features or support for JLink plugins, PR #603). Background: I heavily use the Java module system, especially with/in JavaFX applications. And optimize with JLink and JPackage to be as small as possible. I'm also a JavaFX Committer. -- Marius Am 20.09.2025 um 12:59 schrieb Marius Hanl: > Hi, thanks for the reply! > > This sounds perfectly fine and makes sense. > > -- Marius > > >> Gesendet: Donnerstag, 18.
