* built from source-release.zip with Maven 3.10.0-rc-1 / OpenJDK 21.0.6 =
on
  macOS: BUILD SUCCESS, 49/49 tests pass, apache-rat check green (0 =
unapproved)
* locally built uber.jar is bit-identical to the staged uber.jar
  (reproducible build)
* smoke-tested the staged uber.jar with Ant 1.10.17 (examples/example1):
  resolution from Central and compilation work

A note on the ATR checks: the 3 "issues" ATR reports on the =
source-release.zip
appear to be missing-license-header flags on files the project's
apache-rat-plugin configuration deliberately excludes (test fixtures =
under
src/test/resources and .mvn/placeholder.txt) - the project's own RAT =
check
passes with 0 unapproved files. I will send feedback to the Tooling team
separately.
