* built from source-release.zip with Maven 3.10.0-rc-1 / OpenJDK 21.0.6 =
on
  macOS (-P run-its): BUILD SUCCESS, 35 ITs passed, 0 failed, 3 skipped
  (toolchain-specific), apache-rat check green
* locally built maven-jar-plugin-3.5.1.jar is bit-identical to the =
staged
  artifact (reproducible build)
