+1 (no-binding). I have build the following plugins and run their 
integration test with Maven 4.0.0-rc-6:

  * Maven Clean Plugin
  * Maven Resource Plugin (we have 1 integration test failure, but this
    is a known issue for which I believe Guillaume has already a fix
    ready for next RC).
  * Maven Compiler Plugin
  * Maven JAR plugin on the `feat/from-archiver-to-jar-tool` branch (I
    tried the master branch on the previous release attempt and it
    worked too).

I also tested to build the project that I use for testing these plugins. 
Everything worked.
