+1 (nb)

Built in combination with fresh maven-3.10.x branch. It works well, in both
full and empty .m2/repository.
But I've noticed a small performance degradation in comparison with the
previous version. The 3.10.0-rc-1 with 2.0.20 was faster than 3.9.15
baseline (with complete .m2/repository), the patched fresh 3.10.0-SNAPSHOT
with 2.0.22 is a bit slower. Just a few percent.

Also tried in the combination with maven-4.0.x, but it's not compatible
(compilation fails).

It would be nice to have SNAPSHOT builds of 3.10 and 4.0 to validate
resolver releases.
