Model 4.1: Invert default of child.scm.*.inherit.append.path

Hi,

I assume most projects nowadays use git or at least another SCM where simply appending a slash and the artifactId to the parent's value is usually wrong. Given that model 4.1 breaks stuff anyways, would it feasible to switch the default?
