It failed to run JUnit test through netbeans 6.0 IDE when using surefire 2.4

I was able to run JUnit test in netbeans6.0 IDE when using surefire2.3. After I update surefire to 2.4, it fails to run JUnit test throug netbeans 6.0 IDE. Even though, I was able to run JUnit test in command line. Here is error message:

Tests run: 1, Failures: 0, Errors: 1, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.281 sec <<< FAILURE!
testWeightedSurvivorStrategy3(com.sun.mdm.index.survivorcalculator.WeightedSurvivorStrategy3Test)  Time elapsed: 0.156 sec  <<< ERROR!
javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider org.netbeans.core.startup.DOMFactoryImpl not found
        at javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance(DocumentBuilderFactory.java:104)
        at com.sun.mdm.index.configurator.ConfigurationService.load(ConfigurationService.java:140)
