I added ${basedir}, but it does not help at all.
Furthermore, if it was Maven-core or war plugin problem, it would not build from command line - but it does.
So this is something related to Netbeans integration.
And besides, look at documentation for war plugin:
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-war-plugin/examples/adding-filtering-webresources.html
they never use ${basedir} - just opposite, they say that path is always related to pom location.
