At first when the 3.0.11 plugin update was installed on my computer all dependencies of our multimodule project disappeared from the project-view. Im not sure what I did but something made them come back (perhaps i rebuilt the repository index). It worked for a acouple of days, then suddenly this morning all dependecies was gone from the project view again and the editor marked the imports from the dependencies as missing (the red stop-sign). I then removed the ~/.netbeans  directory and reinstalled mevenide and everything worked again for a couple of hours. Just now it happened again.

Sorry for the vague error description but I'm not sure how to investigate this problem further.

I'm attaching the IDE logfiles in case there is anything interesting in there.
