Milos Kleint commented on MEVENIDE-612:
---------------------------------------

i'm wondering if you could check the latest trunk build and run it for a while. (http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/mevenide/)
Why? it could be an error in the way the project is loaded from pom file and it has an upgraded maven embedder (2.1-SNAPSHOT).
what is the "type" of your dependencies in the pom? "jar" or "nbm"? The trunk version fixes some problems with artifact handlers defined in extensions (the nbm-maven-plugin defines the nbm artifact handler and if it's not found, it might result in missing artifacts on compilation classpath)

what version of nbm-maven-plugin are you using? do you hardcode the version in the project's pom file?

> At first when the 3.0.11 plugin update was installed on my computer all dependencies of our multimodule project disappeared from the project-view. Im not sure what I did but something made them come back (perhaps i rebuilt the repository index). It worked for a acouple of days, then suddenly this morning all dependecies was gone from the project view again and the editor marked the imports from the dependencies as missing (the red stop-sign). I then removed the ~/.netbeans directory and reinstalled mevenide and everything worked again for a couple of hours. Just now it happened again.
> Sorry for the vague error description but I'm not sure how to investigate this problem further.
> I'm attaching the IDE logfiles in case there is anything interesting in there.
