When a profile is available it is made available in the context menu in NB, but builds aren't affected by selecting a profile.

If you select "Re-run with different goals" in the output dialog, the correct fields is filled out (Goals: clean install and Profiles: myTestProfile) and running from this dialog works (activates the profile) however just "Re-run the goals" does not activate the profile.
