I've uploaded the latest binaries of maven support at
http://www.codehaus.org/~mkleint/maven1-SNAPSHOT.zip

it will work only with the latest trunk of netbeans, downloadable here
for example:
http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/nbbuild/dist/zip/
