Milos Kleint resolved MEVENIDE-653.
-----------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: (was: NB_3.2)
                   NB_3.1

 the first problem is fixed.
the second problem (non functional embedded maven) is most probably not caused by netbeans integration itself but by interaction of the plugin (for bundles) and maven core in embedded environment.
If you cannot reproduce in m2eclipse.codehaus.org or http://code.google.com/p/q4e/ (when building with embedded maven), please reopen here, otherwise file under maven issue tracking.
the version of 2-1-SNAPSHOT is 2.1-20080520 (i've tested with 2.1-20080623 as well)

> Using packaging type = bundle as described here:
> makes NetBeans Maven module non-functional:
> 1. Run & Debug actions are always disabled, even though proper actions has been specified
> 2. Build & Clean+Build is not working at all, although Build action ('install' goal) is specified
> Simply changing the packaging type to 'jar', these functions are back to normal again. However, maven-bundle-plugin is unusable without 'bundle' packaging type. (A maven-bundle-plugin workaround is possible for generation of OSGi manifest, but not for most other features like embedding dependencies)
> I presume a simple whitelist of 'bundle' packaging will do (i.e. treat it the same as 'jar').
