no idea. It should make it on classpath for run. We handle system
dependencies during project loading specially, however execution
should behave as vanilla command-line maven (with the usual disclaimer
that it's actually an embedder similar to 2.0.4, but not exactly the
same bits)

if you can provide a sample project, please file a bug report I'll try
looking into it.
